RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Yahvi Designs, every outfit is thoughtfully handcrafted and made-to-order based on each client’s selected
design, measurements, customization preferences, and specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of
our products, we kindly request all customers to carefully read our policy before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Policy

  • All products are specially handcrafted only after order confirmation.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
  • As most outfits are customized and handmade, modifications may not be possible once the production process
    has started

Damage / Incorrect Product Claims

  • We maintain strict quality checks before dispatch.
  • In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, incorrect item, or major transit-related issue, customers must
    notify us within 24 hours from the time of delivery

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

  • A clear parcel opening/unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must begin before opening the sealed package and continue without pause until the product is fully
    shown.
  • Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Important Notes

  • Minor color variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or fabric dye batches.
  • Slight irregularities in hand embroidery, weaving, texture, or handcrafted detailing are natural characteristics of
    artisanal products and should not be considered defects.
  • Fold marks or creases caused during shipping can usually be corrected with proper steam ironing.
  • Yahvi Designs reserves the right to evaluate and determine the appropriate resolution for any approved claim.
  • Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed solely at the discretion of Yahvi
